According to BP’s disaster response website, there are 22,000 personnel deployed in the oil cleanup operations since the explosion and subsequent leak of the deep water horizon. Resources said that he standstill with layers of management don’t execute immediate purchase orders. Extra resources can be used to fulfill necessary reserves that are currently not in place. They will need millions of feet of boom to be prepared for the next event. There is no need to hold back on production now.
